December 26
"Internet for Medics" club was initiated at the IATP-Chernihiv center by the group of professionals from 3 Chernihiv hospitals. It was decided to participate in IATP Mini-Grants program and syncroseminar for medics, which will be conducted in February. If you want contact the club, please write to itm_club@iatp.org.ua.

We have held a seminar "Using Internet for Learning English".

December 19
Chernihiv IATP center actively participated in second syncroseminar and chat for teachers "Using Internet Technologies in Classroom".

December 18
English Club was initiated at the IATP-Chernihiv center.

December 12
We have held grant writing orientaion for participants of IATP Mini Grants program.

December 4
Valeriy Ryabukha, head of Chernihiv City Police Department and CI alumnus, used our facilities to meet in chat with his colleagues from Burlington, MA, regarding organization of videoconference between Chernihiv and Burlington K-12 students, dedicated to drug using prevention.

November 22

ECA alumni meeting took place in IATP site. Participants shared memories about USA, discussed future plans of participation in IATP, and founded alumni club. It was decided to organize club meetings monthly.

November 16
Synchro-seminar for teachers “Internet and Education” took place. During seminar teacher acquainted with possibilities of global network, namely with Ukrainian-language educational sources. Educators were delighted with opportunity of using such thing as chat. It was proposed to meet at least one time per quarter in order to participate in such events.

Official presentation of IATP site in Chernigig. Representatives of USA Embassy, mass-media, NGO, educational institutions and organizations of Chernigiv, whose activity is connected with Internet development, visited the ceremony.
